Department of Computer Science and Engineering,Sipna College of Engineering and Technology,Amravati organized,IOTBML-2023 International Conference on IOT, Big Data and Machine Learning, held on 28 Th of July 2023, at Sipna College of Engineering and Technology, Amravati and invited the academic and research community to participate in the IOTBML a technical and scientific multidisciplinary event, whose purpose is to present and discuss knowledge, new perspectives, experiences and innovations in the Information Systems and Technologies field. Accepted papers in IOTBML 2023 will be submitted for inclusion into SPRINGER’s “Cluster Computing”journal. The Scope of this International Conference on IOT, Big Data and Machine Learning (IOTBML 2023) act as a major forum for the presentation of innovative ideas, approaches, developments, and research projects in the areas of IOT, Big Data and Machine Learning. It also serve to facilitate the exchange of information between students,researchers and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and advancement in the area of IoT, Big Data and Machine Learning. Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in IoT, Big Data and Machine Learning.Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following Internet of Things,Security and Privacy for IoT, IoT-enabled Innovation and Entrepreneurship,IoT Applications and Services,Experimental Results and Deployment Scenarios,Electronics and Signal processing for IoT Connectivity and Networking,Big Data Techniques, models and algorithms Big Data Infrastructure and platform,Big Data Search and Mining,Big Data Security, Privacy and Trust,Big Data Applications, Bioinformatics, Multimedia etc,Big Data Tools and systems,Big Data Mining,Big Data Management,Cloud and grid computing for Big Data,Machine Learning and AI for Big Data,Big Data Analytics and Social Media,5G and Networks for Big Data,Blockchain,Cloud security,Database and System Security,E-mail security, Spam, Phishing, E-mail fraud,Internet Security & Applications. Authors were invited to submit papers through the conference Submission System by March 25, 2023 consisting of original papers and which have not been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. The proceedings of the conference will be published by SPRINGER’s “Cluster Computing”journal Journal . Guideline for paper submission dates were given Paper submission: April 16, 2023 Notification of acceptance: May 12, 2023 Camera Ready papers: May 25, 2023Payment of registration, to ensure the inclusion of an accepted paper in the conference proceedings:June 15, 2023 All papers must follow the formatting rules and be written in English. In the version of papers for evaluation by the Scientific Committee should not be included identification, e-mail or affiliation of the authors. This information should only be available in the final version of papers accepted for presentation and publication. Submission of article was allowed through conference website: https://sipnasicon.co.in/ For smooth conduction of conference proceedings ,Departmental faculty committees were formed along with executive committees viz 1.Keynote speaker 2.Conference chair 3.Coordinating Committee 4.Local Organizing Committee 5.Scientific Committee Registration Fees for authors was 12000 INR for Research Scholars/PG students/Academician/Faculty and for Foreign Authors it was 250 USD. At least one author of each accepted paper must register by June 5 to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings. Each registration will allow for only one paper to be published and presented. An inscription provides the participation in the conference only to one person. Conference was Inaugurated by Chief Guest,Dr.V.R.Mankar,Joint director Technical education,Regional office,Amravati. Keynote speaker was Dr.Manesh Kokare,Director,Shri Guru Govindsinghji college of Engineering and Technology,Nanded. Conference chair was Dr.R.N.Awale,Professor,Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute,Mumbai. Conference Convenor was Dr.V.K.Shandilya,Head of Department,Co-Convenor Dr.A.A.Bardekar,Organizing secretary Dr.P.A.Tijare and Coordinator Prof.S.N.Sawalkar carrried out responsibilities.
