Aim :

Sipna nature club provides platform for the students of Sipna College of Engineering and Technology to explore their love and care for nature as well as trained them to make awareness about the environmental harms and its importance among the society in which they have to create their future & also to fulfill the following objectives.

Objectives:

To work for and conserve the nature through all aspects by carrying out various activities involving students for the environment and maintain the ecological balance.
To educate students regarding the laws and regulations regarding control of pollution and conservation of nature & about government and semi-government schemes.
To organize social programmes to create a sense of Earth citizenship and a sense of duty to care for the Earth.
To encourage students to develop alternative and eco-friendly technologies for disposal of waste, pollution control and sustainable development
To publish bulletins, reports and similar literature related to environmental issues.
To organize programmes and competitions for development of Arts and aesthetic and environmental values of college campus.

Club Activities

Tree Plantation( 6th August 2023)

Sipna Nature Club, a tree plantation program was organized on 6th August 2023, at Chatri Talav, Amravati in the morning at 10:00 AM to promote environmental balance through tree planting.

Under the umbrella of Sipna Nature Club, an event was organized on 6th August 2023, at 10:00 AM near Chatri Talav (Chatri Lake) to conduct a tree planting program for environmental conservation. In the ongoing event, guidance and leadership were provided by Prof. Seema Rathod, the head of Sipna College of Engineering and Technology, Amravati’s Nature Club. Among the participants in this event were enthusiastic students from the Nature Club, including Hardik Raichura, Chaitanya Lokhande, Shreyas Tople, Avani Mirani, Anushree Kalmegh, Anushree Rao, Vanshika Bule, Shravani Balapure, Aniruddh Pise, Bhoomika Popli, Unnati Pusam, and Poonam Dhane

No Vehicle Day –In view of No Vehicle Day, Sipna Nature club has organized “Cycle Rally” with the theme of “Green & Clean India”. Motto behind this, to improve the awareness for using bicycle & reduce fuel vehicle at least for one day. Feb.12, 2020

Cycle Rally was inagurated by worshiping the plant by the hand of guest.RTO Officer Mr. Rajendra Deshmukh.Cycle Rally was inaugurated by Hon. President Shri Jagdish Bhau Gupta, Principal Sir, RTO Officer Mr. Rajendra Deshmukh & Dr. P. R. Malsane ,Dean Student Affairs.Students display the message to spread awareness about to save resources in the society.Best department was awarded for the maximum participation in Cycle Rally.

Plastic Eradication Drive at Chikhaldara: Participation in Plastic waste free campaign as per directed by Secretary, Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation. ( 19/10/2019)
