As per SGB Amravati University guidelines, the Degree Certificate Distribution Program for the 2024 batch was held at Sipna College of Engineering & Technology, Amravati, on Saturday, 29th March 2025, in the college auditorium.
Dr. Murlidhar G. Chandekar, Ex-Vice-Chancellor of SGBAU, was the Chief Guest. Hon. Shri Jagdishji M. Gupta, Chairman of Sipna Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, presided over the function, joined by Principal Dr. Sanjay M. Kherde and degree coordinators of B.E., M.E., Ph.D., and MBA programs.
The event began with Saraswati Poojan, Maharashtra Geet, and Vidyapeeth Geet. Dr. Vishwas T. Gaikwad gave the program overview, highlighting its importance and the alumni’s involvement. Principal Dr. Sanjay M. Kherde shared the institute’s achievements, including the grant of autonomous status from 2024–25.
Dr. Murlidhar G. Chandekar congratulated the graduates, emphasizing their societal role and urging them to contribute to their alma mater. Hon. Shri. JagdishJi Gupta encouraged graduates to support the institute through knowledge and service.
Meritorious graduates (28 in total) were felicitated for academic excellence. Over 175 students received their degrees in the presence of their parents. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. P. A. Tijare, followed by a photo session with dignitaries.
