Term: The term of nominated finance committee members shall be Three Years from 2024-25 to 2026-27.
Meetings: Meetings of the Finance Committee shall be held at least once every six months.
Functions of the Finance Committee: The Finance Committee shall act as an advisory body to the Governing Body to consider:
(a) Budget estimates relating to the grant received/receivable from funding agencies, income from fees, etc. and
(b) Audited accounts for the above.
