On March 17, 2026, the students of the Department of Business Administration (MBA), Sipna College of Engineering and Technology, Amravati, organized a one-day industrial visit to Tata Advanced Systems Limited, Nagpur, with the objective of gaining practical exposure to industry operations.
A total of 74 MBA students participated in the visit. During the session, students were introduced to modern manufacturing practices, organizational processes, and advanced technologies used in the aerospace and defence sector.
The session was conducted by Mr. Prabhanjan Gondhalekar (Senior Manager – Industrial Relations & Administration), Mr. Sagar Mankar (HR Junior Executive), and Mr. Gaurav Nirwan (HR Executive). They shared valuable insights into industrial procedures, quality control practices, and prevailing industry standards. The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating by asking questions and clarifying their queries.
The industrial visit proved to be an enriching and memorable learning experience, enabling students to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world industrial applications.
