Today’s rapidly evolving industry demands a highly skilled and quality workforce. To meet this need, students must undergo structured training alongside their regular academic curriculum. Recognizing this critical requirement, our institute conducts special training sessions starting from the first year itself. These sessions are integrated into the students’ regular timetables to ensure consistent participation and practice.

Understanding the importance of both soft skills and technical skills for success in the industry, the I.I.I. & C.R. Cell takes responsibility for soft skill development. This includes training in general aptitude, group discussion techniques, personal interview skills, behavioral and personality development, resume writing, and professional etiquette such as gestures, posture, and attire.

To enhance technical proficiency, departments organize workshops focused on current industry-relevant technologies and trends. Additionally, various clubs within the institute conduct a range of activities aimed at promoting the holistic development of students.
